What are your office hours?

Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 7 am to 5 pm, except Wednesdays, when we are only open from 8 am to 1 pm.

Please note that on every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month, our office will be closed for a staff meeting from 1 to 2 PM.

How do I reach a physician after-hours?

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911.

To page our physician on-call for urgent medical concerns when our office is closed, call our live-person answering service at 407-215-7903.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, and Debit Cards.

We accept all checks that are approved through our TeleChecks machine. These payments then process electronically and are paid directly into our bank account.

Cash is always welcome.

Payment Policies:

  • All patients are expected to pay their full insurance co-payment, insurance deductable, "self-pay" costs, and any outstanding account balance at the time of their visit. We do not "bill" for services provided (except for when your insurance notifies us after your visit that you are responsible for costs not collected by us when you were treated).
  • We always try to collect the correct balance due when you are seen at our office, but due to contracted insurance "adjustments", occassional insurance "denials" of care coverage, or even miscalculations by our staff, you may receive an additional bill, a credit, or even a refund check at a later date for the services that we provided.
  • If you receive a bill from our office, you may mail a check to us or provide us with your credit card information. If you have any questions regarding your bill, or you feel any errors have occured, then please call our billing staff right away so they can assist you and appropriately adjust or reprocess your bill.
  • If you are having trouble paying your bill, please contact our billing staff to set up some form of payment plan. We are glad to work with you to help make your care affordable; sometimes we can even help adjust the costs (if you respond in a timely manner)
  • Patient balances that are not paid within 60 days will incur a late fee of $20. A collection agency may be used to assist in collecting unpaid balances. Overdue, unpaid balances may incur an 18% per annum collection charge.
  • "Bounced" checks do incur a non-sufficient fund fee which will be added to your bill.
